Energy Monitor Status • Design is complete • Parts are in fabrication and procurement • Schedule to complete assembly and bakeout by June 23rd • Ship to SLAC on 7/7 • Install, leak check and pump down by mid July 2009
Storage Chamber Status • Completed assembly and vacuum processing • Ready for storage of detectors • Available for installation
Variance Explanations • WBS 1.6.6 • Installation of stoppers have been delayed due to wall 2 installation schedule slip • WBS 1.6.7 • AMO design was behind schedule, additional designers were added to expedite design schedule. This was significantly underestimated in the baseline plan • Additional engineering design and fabrication cost were incurred due to SLAC disqualification of ADC supplier for vertical adjustment stages
6- Months Look Ahead • Complete assemblies in May • Complete mechanical instrument installations by June 30th • Can start AMO commissioning in July (w/o Refocus System & Magnetic Bottle) • Install Refocus Optics by the end of July • Start phase 7 cable installations for Near Hall, X-ray transport Hall and Far Hall in August • Update all red-lined drawings and release to document control • Plan for users experiments
