  2. History of the company Investor.BG AD was founded in 2000 and listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange in October 2004. It is among the largest Internet companies in Bulgaria with shareholders' equity of BGN 1.2 million. The Company was founded in April 2000 as a limited liability company as „INTERNETDATA.BG“ Ltd with an initial capital of BGN 5,000. At the beginning of 2004 the capital was increased again to BGN 280,000. In July 2004 the company carried out the first Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Bulgaria, raising BGN 1,066,424. In December 2004 it increased its shareholders' equity to BGN 1.2 million.
