What Happens After the Self Study and Visit? • (phase III) ACCJC Commissioners take “Action” based on the external quality review of the visiting team • Reaffirmation (accredited) • Warning (still accredited) • Sanctions that need to be addressed by stated timeline • Probation (still accredited) • Sanctions that need to be addressed by stated timeline • Show Cause (still accredited) • Severe sanctions to be addressed by stated timeline
What Is EVCs Status? • 2010: Comprehensive Self Study Warning • 2012: Follow-up Report Reaffirmed • 2013: Mid-term report Probation • Progress towards Reaffirmation • Spring 2015: Follow up Report due March • Fall 2016: Full Self Study due October
