  5. About Lean Energy • Over 100 energy saving projects delivered since 2006 to leisure facilities and schools. • One Leisure Centre has reduced energy costs by 36%. Work being completed this year will take that to 80% reduction overall.

  14. Energy Saving History So Far… • Gas fired 70 kw CHP (linked to outdoor pool) • Pool covers placed on all four pools • VSDs fitted to pool circulation pumps • LED lighting throughout all corridors • Staff training • BMS system settings reviewed annually

  23. Don’t • Install LED lighting everywhere • Install PV on a swimming pool site … there’s a better system • Purchase on cheapest quote • Cut out maintenance • Turn off your Pool AHU at night
