1. STO HR Sends Appraisals to NFC when Peformance Plans/Appraisals Were completed using hard copy forms instead of data loading Into EmpowHR. NOTE: This process must be Used when performance plans were not created in EmpowHR.

2. Click on “manage performance”

3. Select “USE”

4. Select “075-Performance Appraisal”

5. Click on “add a new value”.

6. 1. Enter employee EmpowHR user ID. 2. Enter the beginning date of the review period. 3. Click on “Add”.

7. Click on the “rating scale” search engine.

8. Select “H” – 5 Tier Performance rating scale.

9. Click on the “review rating” search engine.

10. Select the applicable rating.

11. 1. Enter the applicable pay period. 2. Enter the pay year. Click on “SAVE”.

12. You will receive a message that informs you the action will be transmitted to NFC and The future date the transmission will take Place. In this example, transmission will Be 9-25-06. Click OK.

13. You can check IRIS 304 To verify that appraisals Entered via EmpowHR apply at NFC
