  4. Background • ESU has not purchased an ERM system • Weren’t registering e-journals • Weren’t tracking licenses very well • Were relying on Serials Solutions • Open positions created workload problems

  5. New Direction • Hired Head of Systems and Technical Services • Assigned responsibility for e-resources & tracking licenses, using DLF’s ERMI workflow document

  6. Tool Selection: Registration • Subscribed to EBSCOhost Electronic Journals Service Enhanced version • Registration tracker • End User Access Notes • Journal lists • Admin Alerts • Student registers and monitors e-journals
