A Recapitulation:Five lines of POP Development • Standard conventional surveys: Constant enhancement of content and methodology, with a high degree of IQ • Deliberative polling: Introduction of quality deliberation in opinion formation and expression, via DF and DP • Mass engagement projects: Development of civil referendums and electronic voting • Nitche engagement projects: Especially with young people on electronic platforms • International projects: Like WAPOR 2012 Conference, World Public Opinion, Greater China Region projects. • Basic groundwork development: WebCATI, WebOMR, WebCAPI using mobile devices, etc.

Step 1 of 4 • Send research material to us in advance • A soft-copy of a blank questionnaire for template building • A data dictionary
Step 2 of 4 After collecting the completed questionnaires, scan them using onsite scanners
Step 3 of 4 Upload the scanned questionnaires using our WebOMR file exchange platform
Step 4 of 4 The system returns a dataset for downloading
