London TravelWatch is a statutory body representing the interests of passengers and users of transport services in London. We work to ensure an accessible, frequent, clean, and customer-friendly transportation network. Our responsibilities include acting as an appeals body for complaints, considering railway closures, and holding operators accountable. We achieve our aims through research, lobbying, raising public awareness, and working with local groups. We collaborate with the Southwark Rail Users Group through information sharing, idea exchange, and lobbying for common goals.
