Corning Cable Systems Components • High-Density MTP Adapter Panels • A high-density MTP-to-MTP panel that provides an interface between factory-terminated optical fiber trunk cables and harnesses • Harnesses are factory terminated patch cords that have an MTP connector on one end and six LC duplex connectors (12 connections) on the other end.

Fiber Management – Close Ups Trunk cables are secured to the Fiber Trunk Cable Manager to maintain proper bend radii for the vertical-to-horizontal transition and to strain relieve the cables so that the furcation plugs attach properly. Furcation plugs attach to the Vertical Furcation Bracket. Corning Plug & Play High-Density MTP Adapter Panels (Brocade-left; Cisco-right) attach to the Universal Accessory Rail. Panels have MTP connectors on each side – trunk cable legs attach to the rear, harness cables to the front. Swivel Cable Spools are used in between the panels to help manage harness cables.
