  2. Executive Summary M-TICK • Help for basic use of home electronics such as digital receivers, computers, mobile telephones, TVs‘ etc. The customer can order us to visit them at home

Market Opportunity M-TICK • Many people need help and guidance with the home- electronics and it’s not always easy to get it. • All people don’t keep up with the technology, even at the basic level • Every day life requires more and more know how of electronics, e.g. installation and usage of digital receivers

  4. Target Customers M-TICK • Private persons from the capital region who need basic and practical help, e.g. elderly people and inexperienced users

  5. Competition M-TICK • Arbis, Helpson.fi, the library, friends and family are some of the competitors • Helpson does house calls, e.g. house call and installation of a digital receiver 49 € + 30 € = 79 €

  6. Business Concept M-TICK M-TICK provides: • Installation and guidance of home electronics Digital Receiver TV DVD Software for Digital cameras, mp3 players etc. • We do only house calls, no telephone service • We don’t repair or service the devices
