Recruitment Practices Survey Preliminary Results Proven Practices for Recruiting Women to STEM Careers in ATE Programs

Discover key findings from a recruitment practices survey focusing on proven strategies for increasing the participation of women in STEM careers within ATE programs. The preliminary results from a sample of 225 programs, out of approximately 750 ATE programs, are examined. Findings are based on retained ATE programs meeting specific criteria set by the NSF, excluding certain types of grants.
