Process & Procedure Review • Dealer Co-op • GM • Requires a unique account for each dealer • Dealers must change passwords every 30 days • We need your help keeping accounts up to date • Toyota • Service Reminders must use the 5000 mile service schedule to qualify • Requires specific information including logos and tag lines • Requires dealers to purchase any conquest list from Toyota DWP, including their own customers! • DPS must supply the original invoice for these lists • Stay abreast of changes on DPS Intranet

Process & Procedure Review • Contracts • Finish the paperwork when you’re at the dealership • A complete contract can be processed and mailed starting in 30 days • Currently have XX contracts in process that are missing Data Extraction information • The oldest contract in process is now XX months old • On 2000 pieces of mail a BDM can lose $XX per month
