2. Matija My name is Matija. I was born inKoper and I live in Izola eversince. I am studying The Media Studies on The Faculty of Humanities in Koper. In my free time I like to hang out with my friends and party all night long. Since I was a baby I loved listening to music and playing the piano. I like all genres of music. My favourite hobby is producing electronic music. I am a calm and open minded person. My main goal in life is that I find a job that makes me happy and that I am passionate about it, so I can Iook forward to wake up every morning and go to work full of enthusiasm.

3. Monika Cześć- in Polish means “hi”. I am Monika and I am from Poland where I study Polish philology. I love travelling that’s why I am in Slovenia now. It was my dream to go to Erasmus, so dreams do come true  When I was in Poland I worked as a volunteer in a theatre and in the student organization AIESEC. I like dancing, I was a Latin dancer but now I just dance. I don’t have much free time but if I have some I like reading books.

4. Valentina My name is ValentinaČendak. I come from Koper and I am 19 years old. I’m a student at the Faculty of Humanities and I’m studying Intercultural Linguistic Mediation. Studying different languages is one of my passions. I speak English, Italian, German and I am currently studying French and Russian too. I’m also interested in other cultures and in traveling. One of my goals, besides getting a degree, is to travel as much as possible and learn about different culinary delicacies. In my free time I like to watch movies, draw, write, read, bake and listen to music.

5. Giulia Hi, I'm Giulia and I'm 19 years old. I come from Trieste, Italy. I attended the Slovene high school in Trieste but now I'm studying in Koper. In my free time I like to go out with friends and have fun. I love travelling, that's why I chose to study languages. My dream is to travel around the world, experience new things and meet many new people!

6. Nika My name is NikaVeber and I am a 19 years old student of Intercultural Linguistic Mediation at the Faculty of Humanities in Koper. I would describe myself as a friendly, communicative, open minded and highly motivated person although my friends would add that I'm also very stubborn. In my spare time I like to relax, watching films and TV shows, listening to music, doing sports and hanging out with my friends.

7. Taja My name is Taja and I’m 21 years old. I come from Koper. I study Intercultural Linguistic Mediation. In my free time I like to cook and obviously also eat. A lot. I also love watching TV series and reading. My passions are travelling, getting to know foreign countries and meeting interesting people. That is why I wish to get a job where I can interact with people from all around the globe. I think of myself as an open-minded and friendly person and I hope others do too.

8. Maja G. My name is MajaGorišek and I am a first year student of Intercultural Linguistic Mediation at the Faculty of Humanities Koper. I am friendly, optimistic and easy going. I like music, films, travelling and walking with my dog. My favourite hobbies are sleeping and reading books. In a few years I hope to graduate from the university, and become a teacher.

9. Maja B. My name is Maja and I come from Potoče. I study at the University of Primorska, the study course Intercultural Linguistic Mediation I would describe myself as a couch potato because I love watching TV, going to the cinema and reading books. I also like travelling, improving languages and making new friends. The goal I would like to achieve is to be fluent in at least three foreign languages, to get a profession and be always surrounded by the people I love.

10. Primož My name is Primož and I’m a 19 year old student at the Faculty of Humanities in Koper. Now I live in Koper but I come from a small village called Planina which is near Postojna. In my free time I like to watch films and playandwatch football. I also like to visit different places and I would like to travel around the world.

11. Rebeka My name is Rebeka. I come from Poljčane and I’m 19 years old. I’m studying Intercultural Linguistic Mediation at the Faculty of Humanities in Koper. I’m friendly and easy going but persistent with things that mean a lot to me, such as family and friends. In my free time I like to read, listen to music and lately I’ve become interested in old cameras. After having completed my studies I would like to find a decent job, make some money and then spend it for travel.

12. Lara My name is Lara and I'm from Celje. I now study at the University of Primorska, the study course Intercultural Linguistic Mediation. I would like to travel the world. I would like to see everything: from large and ancient towns to abandoned and natural places. I love languages, especially English. I am very outgoing, always optimistic and hyperactive. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I also like to learn about other countries’ cultures. I like to write and learn about ancient cultures like Mayans and Aztecs.

13. Sara My name is Sara Kocjančič. I'm 20 years old and I study languages at the Faculty of Humanistic studies in Koper. I live in a small village (called Truške). I chose to study languages, because I like them and I'm pretty good at them and because it's very useful to know foreign languages.I play the clarinet in an orchestra, sing in a choir, I take singing lessons once a week and I also go to the gym and take my dogs for a walk sometimes. I also like reading. Mygoals are to travel around the world and improve my knowledge of foreign languages there.

14. Ines Hello, my name is Ines Ramšak and I come from Slovenia. I'm 22 years old, and a second year student of Intercultural Linguistic Mediation at the Faculty of Humanities in Koper, Slovenia. I like easygoing people that suit my character. On the other hand, I hate people who lie into your face and talk behind your back. I really enjoy the company of intelligent, hard-working people. My wish is to become a professional translator.

15. Christian My name is Christian Poletti and I am a student at the Faculty of Humanisties in Koper. I speak fluently four languages: Slovene, Italian, English and French; that's the reason that I decided to study Intercultural linguistic mediation. I love travelling and visiting different places, learning about different cultures and that's why I have lived for a few months in London. For the future I am planning to do the same thing in the USA.

16. Neli I'm from Koper. I’m 23 years old and I study languages at the Faculty of Humanities. I study English, Italian, French and Russian. I’m working at the tourist information centre and I’m a tourist guide too. In my free time I play volleyball and take photographs. I like travelling and I would like to travel around the world. Till now I have visited 17 countries and 93 cities. I also collect postcards and souvenirs, which I buy in every city that I visit.

17. Urška I am 19 years old. I am a really shy person who likes to read books, mangas, stories that I find on the web. But my first love is singing and music. For a couple of years I even studied bel canto. I like to hang out with my friends and goof around. I also love animals especially cats. I study the Intercultural Linguistic Mediation. I really like Romance languages, but also English and Japanese, and because I want to know how to speak, read, write and express myself in all these languages I've chosen this program of studies.  

18. Ana My name is Ana and I come from small village near Maribor. I am 19 years old. My friends say I am very open minded and always ready to have some fun. I would like to learn new languages, so I study languages at The Faculty of Humanities in Koper. That is why I moved to Koper and now live here with my best friend. In my free time I dance and read books. Someday I would like to live somewhere abroad and have a big family.

19. Melania My name is Melania and I am from Koper, Slovenia. I am 23 years old and I am attending the 3rd year of Italian Studies at the Faculty of Humanities in Koper.In my spare time I love to read, listen to the music, go to the gym and hang out with my friends. I am a positive and open-minded person. I always try to look at the bright side of life. I really like learning new things, studying languages and travelling around the world, understanding different cultures and experiencing new places.

20. Barbara My name is Barbara. I am a first year student of Intercultural Linguistics Mediation. I am 21 years old and I live in Koper, Slovenia. My passions are animals, especially dogs and travelling wherever I can. The one thing I don't like are sports. My biggest wish is to get another dog and travel to Latin America. I would really like to live there and meet new people and their culture.

21. Marjeta My name is Marjeta. I'm almost 19 and I'm from Sežana. I am a first year student at the Faculty of Humanistic. I study English and Italian because I really like these languages and their cultures. I like spending my free time with my friends, with my boyfriend or at home with my animals – a cat and 2 dogs. I really enjoy travelling. I've already been to London, Paris, Rome, Athens, Bari... I like meeting new people and cultures and seeing the differences between them.

22. Nina My name is Nina Vičič. I live in Nova Gorica where I attendedthe Fran Erjavec PrimaryschoolandtheSecondaryschool Gimnazija Nova Gorica. Whilestudying in myhometown I playedhandballforsixyears, now in myfree time I like playingvolleyballwithfriends. Aftersecondaryschool I went to study at theFacultyofArts in Ljubljana to studyPhilosophyandItalianbut I soondecided to move to Koper to studylanguageswhichwasalways a passionof mine. Now I attendclasses at theFacultyofHumanitiesstudyingInterculturalCommunication.

23. Erika I’m 19 years old and I attend classes at the Faculty of Humanisties in Koper. I live in Hrušica but during the week I stay in the dorm here in Koper. I prefer languages and art. I am the most quiet and shy person in the group, preferring to think before I say something I would regret. I hate fighting as I prefer to solve things by discussing them instead of resorting to violence. I also like cats, rainy days, reading, writing short stories, drawing and speaking Japanese (even though I only know a few words). I would also like to become a Let’s Player or a Voice actress.

24. Olga My name is Olga Nesterovskaya and I'm from Russia, but for the last two years I studied Polish philology for foreigners in Poland. I like meeting new interesting people and cultures, I like ducks and other cute animals, as well as reading, eating, dancing, sleeping, funny people, green color, children, sincerity, etc... I love the sun and the sea very much, so now I'm here in Koper.

25. Neja My name is Neja and I’m twenty. I’m in the second year of Italian studies and I’m doing well because I really like it here. In my spare time I dance hip hop at Maestro dance studio and I adore singing. I live in Koper and I have a six year old brother. In my free time I also like hanging out with my friends who are open minded, party and fun people.

26. Katarina I am from Ljubljana. I study Philosophy on Faculty of Humanities in Koper, but I live in Ljubljana, so every time I go to lessons I have a trip to the seaside. I like living in Dravlje, because everything I need is nearby – family, friends, my job, kindergarten, playgrounds, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. I like walking, readingbooks, planningthings, playingwithmyson, spending time withmyfamilyandfriends.
