She carried pitchers of water to fighting men and when her husband collapsed she took over firing his cannon. • 3. We know her today as Molly Pitcher which is the name the grateful soldiers gave her. • Corrections: 1) take out the comma after woman and add them after Hays, Molly, proud, and brave 2) add comma after men 3) add comma after Pitcher
