We are struggling in class. • Why? • We are trying to meet all your needs individually • As we come to each of you • Some have chosen to try the problem (This is Excellent!) • This allows us to help identify errors and we can quickly work with you correcting the mistakes.
New Ground Rules • Why? • We are trying to meet all your needs individually • Some of you will not attempt the problem without us standing there (This is notgood!) • We need your help to allow us to help you. • Stay in your seat at all times unless you are told to move. • Attempt every problem when given time to do so. This will allow us to help you improve. You are not penalized for getting a practice problem incorrect, but you are on a test our quiz • This will save us time to help other as well as getting to you quicker. Rule: As all of us walk around the room, we are going to check problems. If you are not working on the assigned problem we will make a mark on the roster. Three marks results in spending time with us after school.
