Monday, October 7 Write the following vocabulary definitions on your own sheet of paper for the bellwork activity. • commotion   (noun) A disorderly outburst. • pursue   (verb)  to strive to gain or accomplish • disagreeable   (adjective)  Not pleasant; not friendly. • suspicion   (noun)   a feeling of doubt or mistrust • jubilant   (adjective)  Full of high-spirited delight.
