How Can You Help Your Student Succeed? • Check the homework—is it done? • Homework should be written on homework calendar • Encourage them to make flashcards • Vocabulary • Potential test questions (not just recall) • Encourage them to study a little every night • Cramming is not the key to success • Quiz them—use book, notes, packet, and textbook CD
