Your child will learn about (1) Places (2) Professions, and (3) Means of transportation in the community. As a culmination to this theme your child will be asked to create a presentation of his/her community (comunidad) using the vocabulary learned in FLES class. Students will create either a poster, PowerPoint or video as a visual tool to present to the class about his/her community (comunidad). 10. PROYECTO LA COMUNIDAD Student Instructions • Purpose: This lesson is incorporated into a unit about community, professions, and transportation. You will use community (lugares en la comunidad), professions (profesiones), and means of transportation (medios de transporte) to describe your perfect day. • You will create either a poster, PowerPoint or videoas a visual tool to present. You are encouraged to be creative by dressing up, bringing props, etc… • Objectives: You will create and give a presentationusing Spanish grammar and vocabulary learned during “la comunidad” theme. • Task:You will create either a poster, PowerPoint or video to use as a visual aid while presenting your project to the class. Use the completed sentences at the bottom of your draft. You are encouraged to memorize the sentences for your presentation but you may refer to notes. You may include more information, but the minimum requirements are based on the questions below. Rough Draft: All answers to questions should be in complete sentences.
