Combining sentences. Write ONE sentence. In the sentence, give the name of your hometown. Example: “My hometown is……..”. 2. Write another sentence that gives a general adjective to describe your hometown. 3. Now, write ONE sentence that combines 1 and 2.

  2. COMBINING SENTENCES (comb) What? 2 short sentences…. I ate an apple. You ate a pear. … are combined into 1 sentence. I ate an apple, and you ate a pear. The ILC is in C5. It is next to a lift.
