  2. Characters • Harry Potter- The Main character in the story. • Hermione- Harry’s best friend. Helps him fight Voldemorts Army • Ron- Harry’s other best friend. • Dumbledore- Harry’s headmaster. The most powerful wizard in the world • Sirius- Harry’s godfather.

  3. Characters continued • Professor Umbridge- Evil woman • Professor McGonagall- head of Gryffindor house and transfiguration teacher • Lord Voldemort- the dark lord. Wants to kill everyone and everything

  4. Summary • In this book, the fifth in the Harry Potter series, Voldemort has Returned and is trying to destroy the wizard world. Harry is Voldemorts arch enemy they were bound together by a prophecy that says one has to kill the other. As Dumbldore is kicked out of his position as headmaster of Hogwarts(wizard school) and no one believes the dark lord is back things go bad.

  5. Summary • With Dumbledore gone and nobody to lean on Harry must take matters in his own hands. He created a training group called Dumbledore's army. They learn to use defense spells from Harry. He goes to the ministry of magic and in the department of mysteries where he meets Voldemort. Before they could fight Dumbledore shows up and fights him to a draw.

  6. Summary • In the end Voldemort gets away but Harry is safe. Everything goes back to normal for the time being……
