Bigger Clubs • Diversifying membership (age, gender, ethnicity, race) • 2. Improving recruitment • Improving retention
Better Clubs • Balancing the four avenues • Promoting core values • Planning longer-term • Developing leaders • Differentiating ourselves—unifying our image • A “product” we have pride in.
Bolder Clubs • Flexible and innovative • Action oriented • Significant, sustainable projects • Promote networking opportunities and signature activities
Our Clubs – Bold or Old? Engagement or attendance? Too structured or having fun getting it done? Representative of your diverse community? A good environment for newer members? Inspiring projects and programs? A force for good?
Being a Rotarian • Why did I join? • What is it I belong to? • Why am I here? • Why do I stay? • Why don't I share the joy of Rotary service by asking someone to join?
RI and Board NextSteps • Identify measures and targets • Finalize communication plan • Refine implementation process • Align RI committee structure and work • Identify Secretariat actions to support the plan
