  2. Session Objectives • Enhance and deepen participants’ experience/appreciation with their own sentience • Create opportunities to support and integrate sentience for themselves and with clients.

  3. Definition of Sentient • Having the power of sense perception or sensation; conscious. • Synonyms: alive, aware. • Definition cognizant, mindful, sensible, conscious.

  10. Awareness Meditation • We do not have to create awareness we simply have to access it. • Meditation is a doorway into greater awareness.
