Achievement Opportunities – District Trainer – Jennifer Van Houtte • ROTARY DAY 2014 or 2015! • One club or multiple clubs – Rotary Day event • Must be (a) fun and (b) appealing to the non-Rotary public • Outdoor picnic or barbeque • Host sporting event or concert • Organize a family fun run/walk • Align with a public parade or festival • Sponsor an event at a museum, art gallery, or cultural center • Plan a ticketed reception or buffet dinner • SHARE the Rotary Day event • Add club event to the member calendar on rotary.org • Post photos online using Instagram or Twitter and use the hashtag #RotaryDay (some might be published by The Rotarian magazine). • Share video (less than 3 minutes) on YouTube by 31 March 2015 to be eligible for contest. • For more information, see the brochure on the District 6170 website under “District Resources”
