  2. IL Cambodia • In Cambodia is not have Independent Living Center. This is first timeCambodia to establish. Mr.Mey Samith Duskin8th Leadership on 2006. After he came back he decide to establish CIL in Cambodia.

Sem Sokha • Speech and Report of Cambodian IL representative (Talking about main purpose of workshop, future plan and how to create IL activities in Cambodia. By Mr.Mey Samith • Keynote Speech on behalf of CDPO: Mr.Ngin Savroath • Keynote Speech on behalf of HAGAR: Chan Sarin • Speech of Japanese IL representative: Mr. Okita Dai • Watching DVD of Japanese IL movment.: Fujiwara Kastuya • Comment on DVD watched.: Participants. • Speaker from Nepal share experiences speech: Mr. Krishna Gautum. • Conclusion report of IL representative: Mr.Mey Samith • Conclusion speech of sponsors: Mr.Chimura Takashi • Conclusion speech of dignitaries and closing: Mr.Mey Samith.
