JustWare Mobile is a web-based interface that allows active JustWare users to access and perform basic case actions from their mobile devices. It provides simple and lightweight access to case data, specifically designed for smaller screen devices like phones and tablets. Installing JustWare Mobile Install several separate services that manage different aspects of Mobile Set up and configure users on database for use with Mobile Contact Journal Technologies support for more information
User Access Via the “User Accounts” administration session “Mobile User” checkbox column Checked = Has mobile access Use same user credentials as smart client to log into Mobile All active users were checked as a mobile user during past upgrade Users navigate to Mobile using a web browser with specifically configured address

About JSON Web Tokens Tokens are generated to allow user’s device to send and receive information through JustWare Mobile. Each token can only be used once and expire 20 minutes from issue. Attempting an action 20 minutes after the last action will send you back to the login screen.
The home screens Cases – Default home screen Calendar Time Tracking Search When changing home screens, it will be remembered as your default home screen on your device Your default home screen will be the first one you see upon logging in
Home screens: Cases Lists cases you are involved on sorted by the most recently modified cases first. Clicking on an entry displays case details.
Home screens: Calendar Lists upcoming case events that you are involved on. Clicking on an entry displays the details for the case that event is on.
Home screens: Time Tracking Lists cases you are involved on sorted by the most recently modified cases first. Clicking on an entry goes into time tracking entry for that case.
Home screens: Search Search for cases just like in JustWare. Clicking on a search result displays case details.
Case Details Basic details: type, active court number, status, status date set, case received date, and added by, upcoming event details. Counts: Count description and involvement. Involvements: Names and their involvement type to the case with contact info. Can be filtered. Access to time tracking.
Case Events Upcoming Events: Future events, next one first. All Events: All events past and future, oldest first. Event type, start time, and duration. Click to expand for event notes and access to editing that event. Button at top to add an event.
