Library Content Charter To rapidly develop standard XML business library content by taking an existing library as a starting point and modifying it to incorporate the best features of other existing business and core component libraries.
Approach • Develop UBL logical library of BIEs • Conformant with ebXML CCTS • Encode these into physical models • XML Schema using Naming and Design rules • Assemble the BIEs necessary for documents (e.g. Order, Order Response) • Invite liaison group input • Review and disposition • Make the process replicable by others
