  3. BEGINNING OF THE YEAR CONFERENCE DATA

  4. Beginning of the Year Conference • 729 Beginning of Year Conference assigned • 11/12: 465 Forms are complete (64%) • 11/24: 513 Forms are complete (70%) • 12/2: 541 Forms are complete (74%) • 757 Self-Reflections Assigned • 12/2: 670 are complete (89%)

  7. Scheduling Summative Evaluation • Process View: Select User • Administrator Evidence Folder: Summative Teacher Evaluation • Calendar Icon

  8. Scheduling Summative Evaluation • Calendar Icon • Notify User: Sends outlook appointment via email • User must Accept or Decline schedule • Sends Administrator confirmation email • Once Accepted, User sees the form as In Progress but is unable to view until administrator submits

  10. Completing Summative Evaluation • Process View: Select User • Administrator Evidence Folder: Summative Teacher Evaluation • View Form Icon

  11. Completing Summative Evaluation • Fill in necessary information

  12. Completing Summative Evaluation • At the bottom of the form the evaluator is to digitally sign and date • You are required to print this form to have signed at your conference by both the evaluator and the teacher • Hard copy to be kept in employee file

  13. Summative Evaluation • When finished: • Submit for User to view • Save • Save & notify to send a notification • Reset to clear the entire form & start over • Print to PDF • Comment to add comment to form for user

  14. FINALIZING SUMMATIVE EVALUATION

  15. Finalizing Summative Evaluation • After you have had your conference and have physically signed the Summative Form: • Finalize the form to mark as Complete

  16. Finalizing Summative Evaluation • Finalize Icon (Thumbs Up) • Admin View: Filter by status of each form and finalize individually by form • Process View: Individually by User • Detail View: Filter by status and finalize en masse

  17. Finalizing Summative Evaluation • Once finalized, forms show in User’s Complete View • Accessible to view at anytime

  20. Viewing Teacher Artifacts • Click on: Artifact Files • List of artifacts • uploaded by user and/or administrators

  21. Viewing Teacher Artifacts • Click on any item to view details • To view file click file icon in Download column:

  23. Uploading Artifacts • Add Artifacts • Required Fields: • Name • Category • Rubric Alignment • File/URL • NOTE: You won’t be able to save until you click “Add Criteria”

  24. Uploading Artifacts • Required rubric criteria are designated with an asterisk * • File upload size is 50MB maximum • Videos/Large files should be uploaded to an external site (YouTube) and linked
