Application Details • Redesign of chemical delivery system in compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements • Injection of: Tolytriozole (TTA) Phosphoric Acid Zinc Oxide Sulfuric Acid Sodium Hypochlorite • 3 Reactor Units, 2 Spray Ponds per Unit (6M Gal/Pond) • 15 Duplex ProMus Skids Replacing Stick Built Non- Functional Pulsa-Feeder & Milton Roy Pumps
The successful ProMinent solution… • ProMinent Duplex ProMus Skids. • Customer’s confidence was gained by: • IPT taking complete project responsibility including design, engineering, all equipment supply including meter pump skids, tanks, centrifugal pump skids, automated valves and lined pipe. • As a result… • We were able to satisfy the NRC mandate/requirement & thereby help APS to continue producing power. • We have been retained to resolve their Hydrazine pumping problems. • We hope to gain opportunity to replace their existing chemical metering pumps in their water treatment plant with ProMinent.
