Trista Larson • I am a senior Exercise & Sport Science student, minoring in Psychology, at St. Catherine University. I am currently applying to graduate schools in hopes of achieving a doctorate in physical therapy. Outside of being a full time student, I also coach gymnastics classes at the Maplewood Community Center, work as a desk receptionist in Minneapolis, and have an internship at NovaCare Rehabilitation. As for my gymnastics background, I competed on Flips club gymnastics team until 6th grade and then competed on the North High Gymnastics team 7th-12th grade.

Register!!!! • Go online to register at North High’s website - click on the Athletics tab - click on Athletics-Fee Pay *If this is your first time with gymnastics, please know that this is a high school sport and not lessons. Safety is our number one priority!!!!
Chemical Eligibility • A student shall not at any time, regardless of the quantity: • Use or consume, have in possession a beverage containing alcohol; • Use or consume, have in possession tobacco; or, • Use or consume, have in possession, buy, sell or give away any other controlled substance or drug paraphernalia. *This include e-cigs • Chemical Eligibility Suspensions • 2 weeks/2 contests- whichever is greater • 3 weeks/6 contests- whichever is greater • 4 weeks/12 contests- whichever is greater
Denial Disqualification- Bylaw 304 • A student shall be disqualified for an additional 9 weeks beyond the student’s original period of ineligibility when the student denies violation of the rule, is allowed to participate, and is subsequently found guilty of the violation.
Academic Eligibility • Student must pass six courses each marking period. • Student will be ineligible from competition for two meets for each failing grade. • Third Trimester will carry over to the first trimester the following year. ** Academics come before athletics!!!!
