  3. 帳號申請 供應商請 務必勾選 廠商代碼(Vendor Code)： 請參考Mitac訂單上的廠商代碼 申請人公司抬頭：(請務必填寫全名) 例如：神達電腦股份有限公司 申請人姓名：(請填寫中文姓名) 例如：王小明 申請人帳號、密碼：(請牢記清楚) 將來進入本網站的帳號、密碼 若有多個連絡人，可填多個 E-Mail並請用分號「；」間隔
