  23. Challenges/Next Steps • Integrate Contingency Plans to align with NRP. • Review and update RRT5 Strategic Planning Document and set the course for the next 5 years. • Keep up with the changes in Local, State, tribal and Federal Gov’t.

  24. Best Practices • Continue to promote interagency training opportunities. • Development of a Great Lakes specific “Special Teams Guidebook”. • Continue to quickly turn-around exercise lessons-learned reports and quickly implement the lessons.
