Follow-up Site Visit (Recs #1,#2,#3) 1) We attained ACCJC’s stamp of approval that we have reached proficiency in regards to Student Learning Outcomes.
2) With the inclusion of SLO work in the faculty evaluation, the SLO and PLO assessment process has become ingrained into the approach to teaching at De Anza College. Enhancement

4) Established SLO process “help” hours with the idea of eventually building a sustainable SLO/SSLO/AUO assessment process. SLO Process Drop-In Help in Academic Senate Office (Admin 117) Scheduled upcoming drop-in times are listed below. Wednesday 3:30-4:30 PM and Thursday 10:00-11:00 AM in the Academic Senate office

6) We opened the dialog through Convocation Day to assess the next ICC (Global/Cultural/Social/Environmental Awareness). Mission Review
