  3. Current workloads • Total of 216 cases – these do include some cases which are old • 12 cases with Foot Anstey • 2 cases with DJB

  4. Current performance • KPI 4 • Production of first draft within 10 working days of receipt of FULL INSTRUCTION = 94.12% • KPI 5 • Completion within statutory target = 4.21%
