  5. Main Collection (1/F) Periodicals Collection (1/F) Reference Collection (2/F) Audio-Visual Collection (G/F) LRC Collections Our collection has about 80,000 volumes of items. Reserve Collection (G/F)

Loan Quota • Others • Notebooks: 1 Day Quota: 1 Set/User • Reserve items: 2 Hours Quota: 3 Items • Dissertation: 2 Hours Quota: 3 Items • Magazines: 4 Days Quota: 3 Items • Circulation Books • Load Period: 4 Weeks • Renewal: 1 Time • SHAPE Books • Load Period: 4 Days • Renewal: 1 Time • AV Items • Load Period: 1 Weeks • Renewal: 1 Time • Quota • 10 items (Books + AV Items)

  7. Circulation Counter • Check in/check out library materials, including notebook computers. • Pick up the hold items.

  8. Information Counter Please contact the staff at the Information Counter or the Circulation Counter when you have enquiries about using the LRC.

  9. Multimedia Learning Rooms A selection of multimedia software, scanners and a color printer are available for use at the Multimedia Learning Rooms. (1/F)

  10. Learning & Study Rooms We have 4 study rooms for group study purpose.

  11. Learning & Study Room Booking • Self-Booking Units are available on G/F & 2/F. • You need to check out and return your keys at G/F counter. Self-Booking Unit (2/F) Self-Booking Unit (G/F)

Photocopying & Printing • All photocopiers provide photocopying /printing functions. • Instructions are displayed at the photocopiers area. • Black & White Printing • A4 sheet: 30 Cents • A3 sheet: 60Cents • Colour Printing • A4 sheet: 2 Dollars • A3 sheet: 4 Dollars • (All counted by single-side.)

  14. Inter-Campus Loan Service (ICL) Circulating library materials of IVE/YC/HKDI are available on request via the ICL Service .

  15. Book Drop • At the entrance of Learning Resources Centre • May return books to the book drop • DO NOT put in laptops, AV materials and etc.
