ENV Overview • People of ENV Group are the greatest assets with a solid background in real state, engineering and construction. • ENV initiated activities in 1991 participating in the Chilean construction sector. In 2007 ENV expanded its activities to Peru and Colombia in Latin America. • ENV’s international expansion has allowed to create solid links with international partners and exposure to different regulatory and commercial environment. • ENV covers all activities related with commercial, design and construction of real state ventures. • Also ENV Group has a solid participation in the mining and large construction projects, participating in the Chilean mining sector.

3. ENV Staff Andres has and Industrial Engineer degree and is one of the founders and chairman of ENV. He has a vast experience in the construction business. He has lead important projects in Chile and the international expansion of the company. Andres Edwards Eduardo is also one of the founders and managing director of ENV. He has a vast administration of the business and has an important role in the financing strategy of the firm. Eduardo Vial Alvaro has a bachelor in business and director of the real state division of the company. Alvaro has gained a vast experience in the area while working in the real state areas Principal Financial Group and ING Insurance. Alvaro Alemparte Bruno has an Industrial Engineer and a MBA and has an important role in the strategy and development areas of the business. 5. ENV Certification En el año 2012 ENV SpA y ENV Obras Civiles y Montajes obtuvieron la certificación ISO 9001:2008. En mayo de 2013 Bureau Veritas realizó una auditoría a los procesos de la empresa y ratificó la certificación.

Real State area Expansion Initiatives • ENV is carrying out different expansion initiatives in this area. • Among the main initiatives are the developing of condos and apartment oriented middle-low income families, • Strip malls in medium-high income areas of the cities. As of today ENV approach in this business has been to cover the complete chain of the business which involve selecting the appropriate location, designing, construction and administration of the business.
