  4. TREx 4.1 • Planned Release July 2014 • Required for 2014-2015 School Year as a result of HB5. Primarily changes to the STAAR assessment program and introduction of the Foundation High School Program • 4.1 Data Standards have been published to the TREx website at; http://www.tea.state.tx.us/index4.aspx?id=3190 • Fully backwardly compatible with v 4.0. • FHSP requirements have not been fully defined, therefore a December 2014 TREx release will be required and will necessitate another XSD release
