WP0.1 : State of progress (6th/july/2007) • New European coordination • legal transfer of the European Coordination to Grand Lyon (18/10/2006) • Led by Hespul, as assistant of Grand Lyon (Jan. 2007) • Delivery of Annual Reports- Year 1 • BFBC’s Follow-up • Annual Reports Year 1’s Delivery to DG TREN by Hespul (19th June 2007) • Amendment n°1 of the contract • Launch & review process, in collaboration with DG TREN & all partners • Signature of Amendment n°1 by DG TREN/GL (effect :11th April 2007) • Launch of the 1st Pre-financing process & update on payment modalities for EC Contributions (including Year1’s Reports’ procedure of validation) • Consortium Agreement- final draft • Preparation of Milano PSG • List of questions for DG TREN ? • To be sent to the European coordinator (Hespul)

Management issues &next PSGs calendar • Management issues : • Approval of the European & local Management structure • Proposal of UB withdrawal by the end of Year2, transfer to Ecodes as the Zaragoza local coordination from Year3 period & approval • Proposal of calendar for PSG meetings, for 2007/2008 : • PSG 4 Lyon : Suggestion :1st or 2nd week of Oct.2007 • To be decided by the end of the month (July 2007) • PSG 5 Zaragoza/Lombardia ?? + Suggestion : end of April 2008 ? • To be decided as soon as possible. • PSG 6 Lombardia/Zaragoza ?? + Suggestion : end of Sept- begin of Oct. 2008 ? • To be decided as soon as possible.

  7. Calendar for the Reporting Period 2 • How & what ? The need of having one and single common format for each partner : • Activity synthesis of one page + fulfilment of xls document by partners + Mandatory Language : English • Who? List of main authors (responsible) : • WP0 : WP0.1 : Renaissance coordinator (Hespul/GL) + WP0.2 : local coordinator (GL/Hespul + Ayto./UB) • WP1: Renaissance leader by sub-WP, i.e.: WP1.1 (GL), WP1.2 (INSA ), WP1.3 (LoM), WP1.4 (Urbic), WP1.5 (Ecodes) • WP2 : Renaissance leader (UdZ) • WP3 : local Leader (SEM Lyon confluence + SMRUZ) • WP4 : Renaissance leader (Hespul) • WP5 : Renaissance leader (Ayto.Zaragoza) • Deadline : mid- October 2007 : • To be sent to the Renaissance Coordinator
