  6. Key Metrics

  7. Social Measures/Outcomes

  8. Issues/Problems Encountered • Federal Reporting Guideline Compliance • Has taken longer than expected to set-up. Conflicting direction from federal agencies and knowing exact requirements for reporting. • Sub-Recipient Requirements • Conflicting information about what will be required from sub-recipients. Concern about possible over-burden and/or frustration for our partners. • Project Implementation Details • Has taken longer than expected to solidify plans with partner organizations and moving toward execution. Patience is a good thing…

  9. Collaboration • Regular Sharing/Feedback: Lessons Learned, best practices using Live convening's, phone, social media tools. • Network Effect: With closely those of you who have projects in the same geographic communities. Leverage work happening and take steps to improve results. • Programmatic Success Stories: As programs roll-out and results start to come-in. How folks are adjusting as they go. • Aggregated Outcomes: Take a holistic view of work and impact of all Broadband projects. Are there common desired outcomes across all projects and method to evaluate/aggregate/ communicate? What might overarching goals be for this group?
