ISE4 Demo Scenario • ASSET mission and compartment requirements generated in LEAPS (P21) • Create initial compartment and equipment arrangement (Tribon XML) • Include importing vendor data for main engine - CPC + AP 203 • Incorporate Atlantec SBIR demonstration to import equipment? • Update arrangement (Sener – P21) • Structural update required which impacts tank size (mission requirement) • Or incorporate Ship Check results to drive structural change • Demonstrate Initial Electrical System design (KSSI) • Electronic system in Pilot House • Transfer arrangements to detailed design (Intergraph) • Extract structure for analysis (Intergraph) • FEM analysis of Engine Room (EB) • Feedback from Analysis (Ingr) • Extract Structure for Manufacturing (Ingr) • Develop neutral structural manufacturing model (ISPE) • Generate yard-specific manufacturing data (EB, Ingr) • Compare EB and Avondale manufacturing outputs ISE4 Integrated Demo
