  4. Doel programma • Voorlopige oplossing in het kader van de NICO toepassing • Geen volledig pakket voor personeelsadministratie • Gratis ter beschikking van alle centra NICO- team

  5. Installatie CLB Dimona • Twee versies • Voor Access 2000 en hoger (XP) • Voor Acces 97 • Vereiste • Installatie van een MS Office Professional pakket of • Installatie van de nodige drivers voor Access 2000 of 97 (te vinden via het internet): NICO- team

  6. Installatie • Kies de juiste versie • Installatie: • Volg de instructies op het scherm • Vanaf de versie 1.11 kan je kiezen waar het programma geïnstalleerd wordt. • Import van gegevens: niet mogelijk NICO- team

  7. Vooraleer te gebruiken • Controleer de datuminstellingen van uw PC! • Kijk na of de korte datumnotatie staat op dd/MM/jjjj Bvb.: 07/02/2003 • Hoe ? NICO- team

  8. Datum instellingen • Ga naar Start -> Instellingen -> Configuratiescherm • Kies “landinstellingen” • Kies het tabblad “Datum” • Stel “korte datumnotatie” in NICO- team

  9. Gebruik Demonstratie Zie ook handleiding NICO- team

  10. Updates • Er zullen regelmatig updates verschijnen: • Zal meegedeeld worden via e-mail • Verschillend versie nummer huidige versie is 1.11 • Binnenkort versie 1.12 • Via het internet downloaden: • http://users.skynet.be/ON4AVJ/NICO • via het Intranet VCLB • Binnenkort ook vanaf de NICO website: http://www.nico-clb.be NICO- team

  11. Updates • Voor de versie 1.11 • stap 1: downloaden van het internet (kies de juiste versie: Access2000 of Access 97) • stap 2: unzip dit bestand naar de juiste plaats. • Voor de volgende versies: • stap 1: idem als 1.11 • Stap 2: het bestand zal zichzelf installeren NICO- team

  12. Help voor gebruik • Enkel voor het gebruik van het CLB DIMONA programma kunnen vragen aan mij gesteld worden. • Vragen zoals: • Wanneer gebruiken, • PERS-formulieren, • enz Zijn voor het werkstation • Vragen over Edison: Edison helpdesk NICO- team
