And in closing … … a little expectation management • This is an extremely complex set of tasks • Accordingly, we plan to move cautiously… • …this is why we are using the incremental approach • We will not “solve world hunger” with these projects • Achieving true NNEC capability for operations will take much more work • Other project MUST carry their share of the load • Tight budgets = smaller capability delivery • There are many risks associated with these efforts • Projects with many interdependencies have a higher probability of failure • Your input and support are essential for success • From the beginning, we will need your support and guidance!
