System Overview • The Kaypro C1000 is based on the Intel Centrino Mobile Technology platform with a 15.0" LCD display • The C1000 is based on the Pentium M mobile processor with 1MB L2 cache for optimal notebook performance • The C1000 uses the Intel 855 chipset with Intel Extreme Graphics 2 video • The onboard video uses Intel DVMT (Dynamic Video Memory Technology) memory architecture • Systems with 128MB, DMVT will allocate up to 32MB for video memory; systems with >=256MB, DVMT will allocate up to 64MB of video memory • Wireless 802.11B, USB 2.0, and Firewire (IEEE1394) support is standard
Intel Centrino Mobile Technology • Intel's Centrino mobile platform is a combination of three different technologies • 1.
