CA.GOV <Standard DHCS Banner with menu options> County Eligibility & Enrollment Workgroup Back to ACA and E&E page The County Eligibility & Enrollment (E&E) Workgroup is responsible for providing a means for the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), counties, SAWS Consortia, the Department of Social Services (DSS), and others to identify and assess issues related to ACA driven changes in Medi-Cal eligibility, enrollment and case management that impact county eligibility operations, system development, and program fiscal needs. Additionally, the County E&E Workgroup is responsible for providing a means for DHCS, counties, SAWS and others to identify and assign responsibility for work required and report progress for critical path activities required to enable operational readiness of county eligibility operations and related county system development work.

This Workflow Subgroup was charged with mapping out county eligibility and enrollment workflows to allow for implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
