Is een vast moment een optie? • wie kan daaraan een zinnige bijdrage leveren? • wat is het doel van de communicatie (afstemming / besluitvorming / verspreiding informatie)? Denk na over een: • duidelijke overlegstructuur • op vaste tijden

  5. Slechte communicatie... ... is vaak niet het gevolg van te weinig, maar juist van een teveel aan communicatie / informatie!
