Het doel Duidelijke verbetering informatievoorziening binnen de UT • samenwerking tussen informatieleveranciers • (deels) geautomatiseerde, goed gedocumenteerde en geoptimaliseerde informatieprocessen Goed functioneerde datawarehouse • Heldere en consistente architectuur • “drill”-functionaliteit Gereed? • Domeinsgewijze planning en oplevering 2012 (OW, valorisatie, faciliteiten) 3

Beschikbaarstellen / Autorisatie/communicatie Ontsloten domeinen 1e fase Bestaande rapportages (sociaal jaarverslag, jaarrekening etc.) Rapportage op 3 niveau’s UT-totaal De eenheid (faculteiten, instituten en diensten) Rapportageniveau binnen de eenheid detailniveau: Houder brongegevens / -systeem bepaalt! Autorisatie aan wie: MT’s eenheden (decanen, directeuren, controllers, beleidsvoorbereidende en –ondersteunende functionarissen Deelname in MISUT gebruikersraad: Gevraagd: afvaardiging uit gebruikersgroep (faculteiten, concerndir. etc.) Doel: Coördinatie interne informatievraag, ontw./test nieuwe rapporten, communicatie MISUT-houder etc.) 7 Presentatietitel: aanpassen via Beeld, Koptekst en voettekst 17-9-2014
