What is the College doing? • College Strategy: • Single Equality Scheme 2009 • Single Equality & Diversity Action Plan 2009/2010 • The E & D Champions Group, has been formed to help support the College to meet these duties • Groups of staff, students and community members have been established to impact assess our policies

Our Responsibilities • We must comply with the legislation and College policies • We must demonstrate sensitivity to issues of equality and diversity within our everyday roles • We must challenge and confront inappropriate language and behaviour by students, work placement providers, outside contractors or colleagues………………..
