Application process • Application by October 2014 • Your file will be assessed by 3 members of Jury • About 50 candidates will be invited for interview • Jury: November 2014 (offices KBF Brussels) • Business case: Business sense & maturity/ Problem solving • Interview: Drive & Enterpreneurial spirit, overall confidence & presence/ Motivation for PAF / Team & Leadership (in professional / other environment) • Overall perception: Value added of PAF for development candidate?

Selected for PAF: mandatory! • November 2013, Orientation weekend, The Leuven Institute for Ireland in Europe/ overnight stay • 29 November 2013, Intercultural session, KBF Office BXL • 6 December 2013, IBI sessions: Organizing your presence abroad, indirect trade. Offices FEB /VBO from 12h30 to 17h00, Rue Ravenstein straat 4, 1000 Brussels
