  3. Définition • Outil informatisé qui permet le pilotage et l’intégration des principales fonctions de l’entreprise. • Le but est d’homogénéiser le SI (système d’information) • Large périmètre de gestion

  4. Les avantages • Une meilleure organisation • Gain de temps • Gain d’argent

  5. Les inconvénients • Le coût installation • Coût de formation • Demande de la rigueur et de l’organisation

  6. Les types de PGI La taille de l’entreprise est le critère de choix d’un PGI. • PME : PGI open source Exemple : Compière, Erp5 • Grandes entreprises : PGI propriétaire Exemple: SAP, SAGE, ORACLE,…

  7. Conclusion Les PGI sont importants pour l’organisation d’une entreprise, ils sont des outils de gestion pratiques et facilitent le traitement des données. Néanmoins ils ont un coût et nécessitent une certaine adaptation de la part des salariés.
