Paperless Instructor Surveys Objective Simplify and standardize current instructor survey process and capture in a digital form. Concept Visually displays and validates classroom trends over time. Dates of Execution • Launch Guide Path • Input mock results • Review questions and results with CATC Chief and Branch Chief • Use next Instructor Workshop as training session • Integrate across all branches NLT 31 MAR • Mock results conducted (14 NOV) • as example of areas to be examined • Pilot scheduled to be conducted with 002-14 DTMS course starting 2 DEC

Instructor Training Workshop “Setting the Foundation” AAR review Objective Instructors who are prepared to conduct quality instruction by facilitating a forum for instructor cross talk. • Sustains • Good forum for exchange of ideas • Different perspectives were voiced • Small Group Instruction observed • All instructors assembled in one place • Rotation of locations • Instructor Suggested Topics • How do deal with problem students • Review ADDIE process • Clarity of CATC SOP • End of Course Surveys • Improvements • More of a sensing session than learning session • Discussions should have longer times allotted • Reduce group sizes (12-14 in each group) • Time Management /Tempo • Closing statements missing in group discussion • Did not meet all objectives

Instructor Training Workshop-2 “Paperless Surveys” Overview Objective Introduce paperless surveys to instructors and examine how they will integrate into classroom.
