UDL Lesson Plan - do not include this slide in your final version- • Please insert or link to your group’s UDL lesson plan (Chapter 10 - p. 282 template). At this point, you will have a lesson plan with each section completed. The barriers for learning and multiple means of representation, engagement, and expression created by each group member that address the needs of the hypothetical students will be merged together and included in this lesson. In essence, the lesson will now address needs of students with a variety of disabilities. • You will need to use the appropriate color coding for UDL principles of representation, engagement, and expression.
[Instructions for the slidessharing the hypothetical students] - do not include this slide in your final version- • The following slides will highlight sections of sharing the hypothetical student and the UDL components for designed to meet that student’s needs for the lesson. • Give the highlights of the student on one slide. Then have the following two charts completed for each hypothetical student. • There will be three slides for each hypothetical student for each member of the group – the overview, the UDL Profile, and the Strategies Planner.
